Process

Phase 1.
Discovery
This is where we get to know one another. I’ll start to understand your overall needs and inform the questions around how you prefer to live at home. We’ll review a personalized collection of imagery to inform your style and design preferences.

Phase 2.
Conceptual Design and Design Development
The fun part! We’ll meet two-three times to review a conceptual design presentation and then once again to layer on further detail. You can expect to review floor plans, elevations, 3D views, and furniture & finish selections necessary to express the design intent.

Phase 3.
Documentation
With an approved design plan, Nicole will begin design intent documentation. Finishes, heights and details are specified in drawing format for the contractor and/or installer.

Phase 4.
Procurement / Purchasing & Tracking
We’ll purchase approved goods and proceed with the coordination of their production, shipment, and storage as needed.

Phase 5.
Construction Administration
As construction kicks off, we’ll be on site to oversee design implementation.

Phase 6.
Furniture Installation / Styling
We’ll arrange for the delivery of all furniture and accessories. Nicole will coordinate professional installation of art, wallpaper, and window treatments. We’ll review a beautiful and functional home!
